After years on the clinical frontline — often in rural and remote settings — Joe saw the same pattern repeat: brilliant clinicians burning out while real decisions happened elsewhere.
That insight reshaped his career.
Today, he works at the intersection of healthcare, leadership, and system redesign, with a focus on telehealth, digital innovation, and future-ready allied health models.
